mine has been almost 3 weeks, was told it would ship on 9/2/11. thats been a week and still not here

Yeah one of the reasons that I buy my nic from RTS now. Plus the fact that it is extracted from US tobacco and processed in US lab. I think that you will eventually get your order but they just do not communicate at all :(

I suspect Box Elder is just having growing pains. I know one of my favorite vendors, Madvapes, has had a little fall off in service. They are aware of the problem and trying to address it and it's never reached an unacceptable level. They're still the first place I look for anything. I suspect as vaping gains in popularity, this kind of thing is going to happen more often for a while.
 
Even so, BoxElder is still faster than FlavourArt.

I ordered some DIY flavors from FA on August 26th and got an e-mail saying that my order was being prepared on August 31st.
It is now September 10th and it still hasn't shipped.

I placed my last BoxElder order on August 24th, they shipped it on August 31st and I received it September 6th.

Check to see if the funds have been deducted from your account, the order may have been lost/misplaced as BootError stated. I ordered from BE at 11:00pm on the last day of the sale and I received it within 5 days. It was my second order from them. The first order there was a problem with the nic. I emailed them and received a response fairly quickly with instructions to return the nic to them for replacement. Good luck.
