Did anyone else order from box elder during their recent sale and not receive anything? They aren't answering my emails, and I never got a shipment notification.

Hm, that sale was a while ago right? There's a contact number here: Box Elder Chemical Supply - Contact Us . Maybe they would answer the phone if not their emails.
Called and left a message. Thanks for the advice. I've gotten so modern I dont even think about using my phone to make calls.
I wouldn't be concerned, wouldn't have posted this thread at all if they were replying to email. I guess I was just wondering if anyone else was still waiting on an order so I could figure out if it was just me, or if maybe something has happened that has them shut down temporarily.
my orders from both box elder and gourmet vapor usually take a while to ship. however, i have always received what i ordered at some point. two weeks without shipment is a bit long though.
mine has been almost 3 weeks, was told it would ship on 9/2/11. thats been a week and still not here
I used to buy my nic from Box Elder but can tell you that I emailed and called several times and never ever got an answer. It was not always during sales either. Having said that I did always receive my orders but it would have been nice to get a response 
Yeah one of the reasons that I buy my nic from RTS now. Plus the fact that it is extracted from US tobacco and processed in US lab. I think that you will eventually get your order but they just do not communicate at all
I ordered from the last big sale and it took 2 weeks to get my nic, but I knew that they would be overloaded when I ordered. I like their nic though... and order far enough in advance that as long as I do eventually get it, it isn't a problem to wait a little.
Lack of communication is one of my biggest pet peeves with a online vendor (e-cig or otherwise). If a company can't send me a shipping notice or respond to emails, then I probably will just not order from them again. It ticks me off, big time.
I suspect Box Elder is just having growing pains. I know one of my favorite vendors, Madvapes, has had a little fall off in service. They are aware of the problem and trying to address it and it's never reached an unacceptable level. They're still the first place I look for anything. I suspect as vaping gains in popularity, this kind of thing is going to happen more often for a while.
Even so, BoxElder is still faster than FlavourArt.
I ordered some DIY flavors from FA on August 26th and got an e-mail saying that my order was being prepared on August 31st.
It is now September 10th and it still hasn't shipped.
I placed my last BoxElder order on August 24th, they shipped it on August 31st and I received it September 6th.

The last order i placed with BoxElder i waited 3 weeks for it to ship & finally called them. They picked up right away. Come to find out they had lost my order. They shipped it out the next day and upgraded to priority shipping.
Check to see if the funds have been deducted from your account, the order may have been lost/misplaced as BootError stated. I ordered from BE at 11:00pm on the last day of the sale and I received it within 5 days. It was my second order from them. The first order there was a problem with the nic. I emailed them and received a response fairly quickly with instructions to return the nic to them for replacement. Good luck.
finally got my order from BE nic is yellow and in a plastic bottle. never order from them again. lesson learned.
