Gotta give a shout out to some awesome CS I received last night:
I've been dropping my nic level for awhile. I've found a nice flavor sweet spot that gets me big-ish clouds I enjoy: 0.3 ohm clapton coil at 100 watts. (Mutation x3 on Sigelei 150 if you care) Between that setup and my habit of chain vaping I HAVE to vape light nic juice these days. I get 3 mg or even better 1.5 mg from Vape Wild.
My last order I decided to order a "large quantity" of a few of my favorite flavors. (large for me was 120 ml, I've never ordered more than 30 ml of any one flavor) In a rush to order before leaving for work I accidentally ordered 12 mg of what is becoming one of my favorite flavors. (Grape Gatsby, dunno why but I really like this flavor) Fast forward a few days for shipping an once the package arrived I realize MY mistake.
Now when I contacted them I really didn't expect any real help, but I was clutching at straws. I knew it was my fault. I knew I should have double checked the nic levels before I finalized the order. It was just a hope that they would let me return it or something....
So I fail to get VW on the phone, it's after hours. I sigh and give up. I go to back to the site again to reorder my juice that evening. What pops up for the first time in forever? A customer service chat window. So I take a chance and talk to Ben. Ben helps me out with some credit, originally half the price of the juice; then he threw in another 2 bucks for pleasant conversation, helps with some math on how much PG/VG I would have to add to 0 nic double flavor juice to bring it into my nic range, and is generally pleasant like talking to a friend.
We talked about rigs, and him starting out mechs (it's weird, but this site has me drilling safety instructions into CS representatives that work "in the industry") We talked about flavors. We talked about diluting this mistake, or just giving it to friends in the area. (Sadly I don't know anyone that vapes 12, it's either low nic drippers or my brother the monster at 24)
So all in all things worked out to everyone's satisfaction. I've got my juice coming in a nic level I can vape. (well I plan on diluting my mistake so I should have around 300 ml of GG hopefully I don't get bored with it) I ordered my replacement juice (at a little less than half price) through the company, and a little more juice to bring the price up to "free shipping level." So they are happy. And I left Ben a shining review to keep his numbers good (of my own volition, and hopefully not so glowing that his boss doesn't dismiss me as family or friend).
All in all a happy ending so far with a to be concluded pending the results of my dilution attempts.
