Braided or twisted?silica or ceramic?

Hi folks!have recently got an orion mod!it's a wonderful device and genesis does kick @$$!with that said,its also a known fact that genny attys are tiresome..rolling mesh,oxidizing it,etc can be really time consuming..so,was wondering if silica or ceramic wick could be tried with Orion and I am confused whether to use twisted or braided rope...can anyone tell me which ones better at wicking and plz give your reasons why..thanks
