Brand new cupti saying check atomizer

Hello all,
I'm in desperate need of help. I purchased a brand new kangertech cupti and after removing it from the box and putting a little juice in it to try it out the display says "check atomizer" and the ohms are reading 9.99. It's an all in one device and it's like the unit is not reading the coil. I've tried at least 3 different coils on it and still get the same error. The user manual is useless. I really would rather not have to spend additional money sending it back etc. I'm so frustrated because I've had several kanger products with no issues and this thing is causing me grief before I even get to vape on it once.

I think (personally) that Kangertech may've been a decent option back in the day, but I can't use their products, period. Either it fails early on or I drop it once, and it's dead. I think ppl like them as they're easily available and not so expensive, but I have yet to meet a person who has held on to their more complicated stuff for a long time (like years). It might be wisest to return it and purchase something entirely different, or if you really want this setup take it back (or send it back) to either wherever you bought it, or contact the manufacturer. I promise you will not be the first to call the manufacturer for warranty/refund.

I was hoping someone would have replied with some help for you, I have the SAME problem. I sent my Cupti back to Kanger on the warranty and they could not fix it so they sent me another new one all wrapped in a brand new box and everything. I was able to fill it and vape one tank then I opened it to fill the tank back up and back to the same 9.99 reading. I want to throw it through the wall but I will bug them and bug them until I get a good one or my money back because this is crazy. I have three Nebox's and they all three work great. Can't believe people call the Cupti the Nebox Killer. Hope someone has a fix because I just want to vape and I am sure you do too...Great Luck...let me know if you find a fix please and I will do the same....Love to you...Love to all...Kim
