Let it finish charging and stop beating on the power power button.
Frustration gets you no where.
First you turned it on/off then you attached an atty and tried to fire it with it still off.(best I can tell)
Pressing the button with it plugged in showed Flashing(charging) led.
Once charged, remove cable and press 5 times
If it does not immediately power on, wait a few seconds before attempting again.
If it does not respond to 5 click on<assuming that is the power on sequence> contact the vendor and explain.
