Welcome and congrats on taking the first step! This forum is full of great info and really helpful people so if you have any questions feel free to ask and I'm sure someone will help.
Took me a month to quit smoking completely but now I am 1 week without a cigarette. This forum is the best decesion I ever made. The people on here are the most supportive I have found on a forum.
I'll say this, people here have a lot of patience! I had some issues with my first carto tank and got more help than I thought I would get.
I still go bum a stick from a friend, but thats on rare occasions. I probably only had 3 in about 2weeks to me thats very good progress. haha.
just keep doing what you're doing. i no longer crave cigarettes. took me a couple of years on the e cig then back on fags and so on. made it in the end. don't see myself back on the cigarettes again. this is the longest time off cigarettes for 30 years. good luck and happy vaping .
I just bought a SLB eGo-V v2 Mega 1200mah passthrough w/ a vapeonly 3.5ml BCC Mega tank. I use to smoke about 2 packs a day and switching to vaping is probably one of the smartest things ive done. Hope joining this forum will add to that list of good decision making.[h=2][/h]
