Brand new Mini Vivi Nova tank: not much flavor or vapor

Just got my MVN tank, filled it up with my tiramisu flavor and I'm not getting much flavor. A lot more throat hit, but not as much flavor. I just upgraded from an eGo-T, using the same battery from that. My tank is a 1.8.

Any suggestions on how to get more vapor and increase flavor?

I believe there are a few threads in the tips & tricks forum.

I have found that my dark juices are not fond of the vivi nova but my light juices taste exceptional.
#1. Try cleaning out your tank and vaping a light colored juice. See if it is better.
#2. Try trimming a small portion of the silicone tube with a razor blade to help with wicking. (See thread in tip & tricks)
#3. I was vaping a mini vivi, everything was great, cleaned it, put on a new atty, and it suddenly sucked. Such is the world of vaping today. Not sure what to make of it.

....so far I have had no problems at all with the 3.5ml tanks and light colored juices.

I've had the same problem with the mini novas. My 3.5ml works flawlessly but I'm not fond of the minis at all. Muted flavor and weak throat hit not to mention the draw is very "airy". Quite a few folks have been reporting the same thing. I've tried several tricks to no avail. If ya find something that works be sure to let us know. Good luck!
