I'm using a Halo Triton system to beat smoking. It's going great except I'm having issues with the juice (or I think I am?).

I tend to like Kringle's Curse for whatever reason and use it a lot. Recently I bought some 30mL bottles from Halo and there's absolutely no taste. Like zero. I've gone through the forums and tried what people have suggested previously like washing out the tank, new wick/coil setup. I even soaked the bottles in warm water for a half hour and steeped them an extra two days. Nada.

I'm starting to think I'm crazy. I asked Halo about it, they did a QA check on the lot number and came back with nothing. The juice smells fine when I open the tank but when vaping it there's no taste. I have Menthol Ice from them, works just fine.

Am I using too high or low resistance on the coils? Should I buy new tanks? Batteries? Because at this point I'm starting to think I'm insane and I don't know enough about this stuff to figure out what's wrong.

You are not insane! Its Vapors Tongue.....it happens to many folks. happened to me about 4 months in.
I started on a menthol, because thats what I smoked. Then after about 4 months in I started trying flavored juices.
Loved a hazelnut juice and vaped it exclusively and one day just could not taste it at all.
That lasted almost 3 weeks.....tried everything.....it finally came back to me and I still vape it today and taste it too ( its been over a year now ).
At the same time I could taste my menthol juice just fine, just not that much loved hazelnut!
Research Vapors Tongue and try some of the fixes/cures if you will, and see if it helps.......I ate pickles and hot peppers to wake up my taste buds!

Google vape tongue, I think you may have a case, tips are normally,
Drink more water,
Try changing flavours,
Basically if your new to vaping your tastebuds can become fatigued, especially as someone who has just given up smoking, you may be able to taste food and drinks but not your vape, even if you can smell it, good news is it does pass (I get it from time to time) but Google it and do some research on this forum too
