Hi mate

Welcome to ECF... Just over 4 weeks for me .. Hard few days but all worth it...

I'm currently using a sigelei v5 , which is what they call a vv/ vw ( it can adjust voltage or wattage) with a variation of different tanks...

I started on a ego type but realised after about 10 days I needed more...

You say your not getting the hit, what strength nicotine are you getting?

Others with more knowledge will be along shortly to advise you a lot better then me..

You defo come to the right place..

Enjoy & keep sucking...

Hi all :)

I have 2 E-Cigs on the go. One is a cartomiser (I'm English lol) and the other is a tank feeder.

I'm not getting that "hit" from either so I would like to know what you guys are using and where to buy.

Thanks

Mick.

Hi Mick from a fellow brit. Ill try to help if I can. The 2 e-cigs you have is 1 a ciggie looking type you get that you change the cart and throw away when empty ? is the 2nd one have a refillable tank maybe an eGO?

Welcome and congratulations from the colonies on quitting.

I use just about 1 of everything from ego up to a provari. I have stuff that looks good, patinad brass mod, and stuff that feels good, Innokin mvp. I have lots of atties from iclear to RDA. I will tell you what I like but one thing is that you will have to decide what YOU like. You need to decide how important it is to you to look good vs feel good and what you want in vapor.

I don't need to look good pal as I'm 46 and my pulling days are over lol. Just need something that will last the day before I need to recharge it. Most of the stuff you just posted went straight over my head :)

the sigelei v5 might be a bit much at the stage you are at just starting and all. As its seems you are lokking to spend £40 or so >I would suggest a mod with easier to use controls like iTaste MVP V2.0 Carbon Black - Mods. You should get a mod with vv/vw ( variable volts/variable watts) because they are easier to use and the MPV 2 is a great 1st mod.

sorry, hit the wrong button.

penis looks in my mouth:) so I prefer round mods over box mods. I have a couple mechanical mods and they do look nice, but I worry about running the battery down too far and as I start rebuilding I worry about shorts and low ohms.

For regulated mods I like the innokin mvp. It looks horrible but it is dead easy and cheap (relatively). I have a provari as my only higher end real mod, the whole clone thing is another thread, and I LOVE the way it is made, it does cost about 4 times what the mvp does.

I like the Aspire nautilus atty. It holds a HUGE amount of juice, has adjustable air, and is an all around nice tank. I have some EVODs that are much smaller, much cheaper, and I like the way they vape. I have a genesis clone and I am not happy with it. It takes a lot more work to build a coil than to just screw a new one in. It's plus is that it is brass and looks great on my brass stingray. For huge vapor, in my case relatively since I really don't chase clouds, I like my RDA. It is more of a pain to drip than fill a tank but it does taste better and has more vapor.

Good luck. Try different things and say I use a xxxx but I want yyyyyy. This will let people know where you are coming from and where you want to go so they can fine tune recommendations.
