Ok well I've being smoking for about 7 years and I started doing karate about a year ago and every time I go there they make us work our ...'s off and when i do so i get to the point where i run out of breathe and need a drink or else i feel like im going to die especially during a sparing match.
Now I really want to quit smoking, just sick of them but i also like to smoke during coffe, after exercise, etc and when i get bored so now I'm thinking of getting e cigs but something is confusing me.

This is what is confusing me there is a starter pack forr $130 it says it comes with 2 Cartomiser's and says 1 Cartomiser = 200 puffs but it also comes with 3
e liquids so idk i dont get it, so whats the difference between the Cartomiser's and the e liquid bottles?

Also do they give you that throat hit like normal cigs do?

I discovered e-cigs around January this year but bought a silly cheap one on line and my e-juice was only 18mg. I found myself needing a tobacco cig and then using my e-cig when at work but by February I was back on the tobacco full time. Then I thought to give it another go so on May of this year I got a good tank which was a mini nova and a x6 battery. My e-juice is stronger now at 24mg and I have completely stopped smoking harmful tobacco....even my Dad at 70 is using one and he smoked the roll ups for 50 years....Unbelievable but true.

What is the starter kit you're looking at? That's a pretty high price, although the 3 bottles of juice may offset some of that cost. But I'd never trust that "equals x puffs of a cigarette." I never find it to be accurate, and there's so much variation in the way people vape, I don't see how a number can be given.

I just started karate myself. Only about a week ago. It's a hell of a workout, that's for sure.

Don't go blow $130!!

Check out the Kanger EMOW or the Evod. Both are great starter kits and can be gotten for under $60

Carto's are kind of out dated. No offense anyone :) but they are. A carto is a cartridge with a wick and is packed with wicking material. You saturate the wick and vape until it's dry. They also have carto tanks.

But the emow and the evod are clearomizer systems. A tank system. That's where ythe juice bottle comes in.

Hi ozm8ey , I don't bother buying from Australian stores as most i have seen are a lot dearer and less choice than the USA sites.
The cigalikes to me were no good. A clearomizer or a tank is a better start
You buy the e liquid separate and put the liquid into the clearomizer / tank. Also buy the eliquid from a USA site.
There is a site called fast tech that are very cheap and free postage - some items are authentic and some are not but can still work fine , people have mentioned long shipping times but I got mine in about 2 weeks.
The juices do give you a good hit but depends on the company , the juice , the pg more pg than vg gives you more of a hit. More voltage also helps so getting a variable voltage battery helps.
