Anyone care to weigh in on the merits of the Stealth and Odysseus as a hard-use, every day inside a pocket type mod?

Hard to say since the Ody isn't in anyone's hands yet, but since it's basically a solid chunk of SS I think it'd be safe to say that it'll handle almost anything you can throw at it on a day to day basis.

Regarding being pocket friendly... In this video you can see the Stealth/ODY setup, it's pretty small. To get to it, start watching at 8 minutes and 30 seconds into the video.

Damn...that's IT!!! Now I need to find a way to grab an SS Stealth, dammit! Thanks, Vaporologist!

Should be getting my new SS Stealth AND UFSv2 in the mail tomorrow. Too bad the Ody is still a week or two off. Work is dragging ... right now.

Hrathor, I'm expecting my SSGGTS tomorrow in the mail too!! So excited, but where did you get the UFSv2 from? Looking into getting it instead of pre-order iAtty2 from COV.. Having my first ever GGTS, not too much of a pro Yet to get my hands into a rebuildable atty just yet..

I got it on the classies Tuesday. I couldn't pass it up since it is out of production and I expect the price to skyrocket. I think the only way to get one now is to find one used. You'll love the stealth I'm sure. Put up a WTB in the classies. Maybe you'll get lucky. Probably still some people needing christmas money.

Thanks for that Iam:):)

Iatty stopped screwing on a mod when its center pole met the center pole of the mod. Odysseus stops screwing when its whole base stops on the top of the mod and then we reach the center pole of the mode by screwing the rebuildable part of Odysseus. That means that if you try to move Odysseus from the mode, you cant do it. But if you try to move Iatty from the mode you will see movement. This movement slowly eats the threads of the weak material like brass etc.
Thanks for weighing in, Imeo. Can you expand on this further? I really do like the look of the brass more, especially when it patinas, however I plan on using this HARD!

Btw, thank you for building such brilliant, classy PV's. Leonardo DaVinci said that simplicity is the highest form of sophistication. I believe your products illustrate that perfectly.

Imeo, you can call me Jason, or just IGM.

So tell me, brother: If you were going to suggest a small, tough mod from your line of products that could be used "hard," which would it be? I have a GGTS/UFSv2, and an Odysseus on the way, but am considering adding a Stealth. This thing would be going in the front hip pockets (under the d-rings) of these pants alongside a knife with a titanium backspacer:

After reading this thread, I couldn't help but jump on a SS Stealth. COV has them the cheapest I've seen right now for $144. Yesterday, they were $150 from $155. Prices are before the 10%. I gotta stop buying stuff, hehe.

Yeah, bruh. I just sent Bruce an email about an SSS, hoping that I can pick one up and have it shipped WITH my Odysseus. We'll see how that goes. And I hear ya on the buying.

Btw...how you feelin' Kendrick out in Long Beach?

GGTS in short mode is the best to my opinion IGM. Very hard stuff and with the new base of Odysseus it would be impossible to ruin anything on it

I just picked up a brass endcapped stealth, actually arrived today after ordering it on thursday....Imeo, it's freaking gorgeous :2cool:.... Awesome and thanks COV for getting it out to me so quickly :D since I missed out on the last UFS's they had and have been on the waiting list for the Odyseus AND the GGTS, (and a few other parts) I'm vaping the hell out of the stealth using one of my vpx cartomator tanks and a 1.5 ohm dc..... now dying to get my hands on the ody to stack on top of it, let alone the SS GGTS :D
