Thanks again everyone! To those looking forward to theirs, you'll get there! Not sure how long til I can expect to break even on my health? I think I destroyed my cilia, as I am not coughing up any of the thousands of grams of tar and junk I had inhaled. I am currently researching natural ways of cleansing by body and particularly my lungs. This will be a great help. With every new day smoke free, I can feel my lifespan growing!
I am seriously desperate to try this out. I need to quit smoking. As in quickly. I have tried to quit too many times & failed.
