How do you figure? I'm sorry, honestly, I fail to see the connection

It just seems odd that the FDA has been taking their time with this and they decide just now to drop them.

It seems like they would want to get them out before they get more blow back from that RCP report.

It should (notice I said should) become harder going forward to hold some of the more extreme positions the ANTZ have staked out in light of the recent reports, and media coverage, coming out particularly from the UK.

Just a feeling.

I assume he meant to check for a summary *after* the regs are released

And just as an aside, I don't know if both Siegel and SFATA have different 'sources' or if one of them is quoting the other but just as a reminder, SFATA also said that the regs would be released on January 18th. So while I hope this is legit, I won't be hitting refresh constantly at 8:45am
