Just seen on the AVE website

"We will be holding a sale starting Dec 23rd and continuing on until the 25th to bring you 20% off select e-liquids. We hope everyone is able to cash in on these savings while they last. We will be truncating orders to a level equal to what we can manage each day. I suspect the sale will only be available for a short while the first few days and we will consider extending the sale if need be to get everyone taken care of.

We hope everyone is having a happy and safe holiday season. We will see you at the sale!"

WOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's sad that you don't have enough help to fill all the demand your getting maybe some xtra temp help is in order been trying to get some bobas for some time now. Guess it didn't help that you ran out of it for awhile now everyone is scared and ordering it like crazy. Hope I get to get in on the sale without having to stay up till midnight

We tried that and the extra help ended up making the whole team slower. This isn't the best job to hire up someone fast and get them going. The training involved and requirements make our hiring pool REALLLLLLY limited. It's fairly hard to find someone willing to handle nicotine daily that doesn't currently smoke, can work fast, and doesn't need to be micromanaged. To top it off there's well more than just those three items but that keeps them on the list and called for an interview.

Our best bet is to hire when it slows down and, hopefully, have them up to speed by the next big holiday rush... that and stocking up like the zombie apocalypse is coming.

Perfectly understood. As an employer, I can certainly vouch for the fact that more workers doesn't always mean higher speed and efficiency. Plus, I have trouble finding good TRAINED individuals in a commonplace industry. I can only imagine a niche market like AVE would have trouble finding someone who's the right fit for the job. It's not like you can put an ad in the paper for "e-juice manufacturing employee" and have someone with the right qualifications show up. Hats off to you guys for making it all come together in the best way you could.
