I actually stumbled across this liquid by chance. I was ordering some clear cartos and figured I'd throw in a 10ml bottle of whatever caught my eye. For no particular reason I chose the RY4 (18mg). I've always really like the concept of RY4 but had yet to find one that lived up to my idea of what it should taste like. So a few days later I get the package and find that there are some extras in there as well! Don had thrown in a pair of each of the other versions of the clear cartos I ordered. I had actually been debating which one to order, and now I get to try all three! I have to say, Don really made a great first impression.
Anyway, the juice. I had no expectations really (at this point I hadn't read anything about BES's RY4). I loaded it up in my new E-Power using a standard 2.2ohm Joye 510 atty and gave it a shot. Wow! I've found that most liquids really need to sit for at least a few days to open up, but this was pretty good right out of the gate. The first flavor I noticed was something like graham cracker. The tobacco is there, but it was more in the background. After a few days I'm noticing the flavors opening up a bit and I'm detecting something more along the lines of nutmeg or even allspice. It's sweet, but not too sweet. TH is low/moderate (which is perfect for me). I never tasted the original Dekang RY4, so I can't say how "authentically" RY4 it is. To be honest, I don't really care. I just know I like it!
In fact, my wife and I liked it so much that we just ordered two more 30ml bottles. There are still a lot of RY4's out there to try, but so far this one is at the top of my list. The service I've received on both orders has been top notch as well.
