So I did the firmware update put out by smok, and immediately after, the device wouldn't turn on at ALL! I believe I did all the steps correctly and kept it plugged in and fire button pushed the entire time....is there a way to completely remove all firm/hard/soft-ware and load the original firmware to make it work again? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I believe this is a well known issue on nearly all Smok devices (I haven't and won't ever update mine)
There was a forum on Reddit that gave a solution but, sorry, I can't remember what the solution was. Try searching Reddit and Google, for Smok Update Problems, will find something.

Here is the link to the Reddit page. Some say it worked, others say it didn't. Worth a try. It's days H Priv but solution to X Cube II on there aswell.
