Will I have any issues bringing E Liquid into Canada from the US at a land border? No Nicotine!!!!! And if there is no nicotine do I have to declare it?

Although I haven't crossed the land border into the US for quite a while, I doubt you will have issues coming back with 0 nic liquids unless you're bringing back large quantities.
Personally, I wouldn't mention the product in detail until asked but I would certainly declare the value of the merchandise purchased and that I would be bringing back.

Just came back from a short trip to the US (air). Had my juices and PVs in a carry-on. No questions asked, it shouldn't be different with the land crossing.
Make sure quantities are within what would be considered "for personal use". Bringing an 85 gallons drum of it would certainly raise some eyebrows.
