Hey guys,
In in the US right now and in a few im moving to Canada. I'm gonna be crossing the land border and it would suck to have to abandon my beloved newly bought Kbox 160 with an uwell tank.

I called CSBA and asked them after reading about legal issues and they said I can't bring an e cig in, but that I'm welcome to buy one when inside the country. Is this true?

Would it make any difference if I empty the tank or just doesn't bring any juice in? Thanks!

That's a bunch of crap. Just bring it with you and don't even mention it.

Large amounts of NIC and/or ejuice is a no-no, but mods and tanks? I have brought them in via post, plane and car and never an issue. My last trip I brought back 6 Mods in my luggage and two in my carryon with zero issues.

Seriously, don't think twice about it. I wouldn't blow vapour in the border guard's face or flaunt it though.

P.s. A few bottles of juice should be fine too, just not a stockpile.

P.p.s. To answer your question, it is NOT illegal to bring mods or tanks into Canada. Whoever you talked to was misinformed.

Thank you guys! I've read about the 18650 batteries being classed as dangerous goods, is that also bull? Should I keep it in my suitcase or my satchel? Again I'm riding over by bus and crossing the land border....

You should keep 18650's on you in a battery holder for safety. The only problems with batteries is with flying.

I would leave all my nice gear in the luggage and be vapin a ego stick with a clearo when I got to the border and remember that PV isn't a tobacco product but if they notice the vape in the console then tell them you vape and hope the guard isn't a butthead about it. Its the juice and nicotine that's the grey area and mostly to the guards discretion to pursue the juice. I live close enough to the border to have a US shipping address so I bring all my hardware, batteries, PG, VG and flavorings over the border, through customs with a invoice of whats in the package. I get my nic from Canada even though its much cheaper in the US but the anxiety of declaring a quart of nic at the border is too much and no way gonna smuggle and jeopardize all of our US online shopping.
