I can't even tell you all how many times I have dropped my Chuck. I'm a UPS driver and I've had my baby fly out the door at least 6 times, land on hard concrete and yet...barely a scratch! I have dropped it on tile, wood floors (dented the wood) and even lost it in mud. Today I tossed my bag on the kitchen counter and wouldn't you know it, my chuck fell about a foot into the empty sink and must have landed on the switch...it broke *sniffle*. But from reading others, it seems that it can be fixed (hopefully). Anyone else kill their switch? Is it an easy fix? I've already sent the email...just waiting for a response before I send my baby back. I will miss her.

That's the thing...I have had my poor Chuck go flying out the UPS truck door at over 40 MPH and not even a scratch! It was just a freak accident that broke *sob* it. Well, I will be a bit more careful with the switch, but as far as the unit goes, it is totally indestructible.

Thank you:)

This is why I have two Chucks, just in case one needs to go the Chuckhospital some day.

I sent my end caps in seperately, one at a time, so that I was never without a Chuck.
I don't think I could bear to be without a Chuck anymore.

The stock 510 batteries just don't cut the mustard for me anymore.
And they make my juice very sad too.
