Broke my new reo :(

Its a vv grand (the new one with side button)

the fall damaged the chrome ring around the button, which is stopping the button from popping back out. initially i thought that i could unscrew the chrome ring on the outside. but i dont think it will,

I tried filing down the black derlin button, to increase the clearance to the chrome ring , but this hasnt sorted it.

Im about to pull the trigger on another vv Grand 2nd hand to keep me going,


any ideas on where i can get another button ? or should i contact rob re repair?

My original reos were pre-loved. That is my only regret...not getting them direct. I've spoken with Rob, and had a number of PMs with him. He provides something so rare these days. Service. Honest, cares about what he does and how people love his product kind of service.

Don't think of them as "pre-loved". Rather, think of them as your adopted REOs and give them the luvin their original owners could not. One thing though, don't treat them as the adopted red headed step REOs!

Rob I've just been researching the Rio Grand and stumbled upon this thread..

This is EXACTLY the thing that will tip me over the edge to make (what is for me) a fairly large investment. Both in money, and a completely new way of vaping for me.
