Broken IPV mini

Hey I have an ipv mini that is defective I've had it for a week and was wondering if anyone knew how to get Intouch with the company being that there websites contact us page is usless. It will not fire under 15 wats and when I fire the mod there is a strange rapid clicking sound kind of like a taser any advice will help ! Thank you

Who did you get it from? That's who should take care of it

The mod won't let you turn it below 15 watts? And what battery do you have in it? What tank do you have on top,and it's resistance?

It almost sounds like it is in "mobile on" mode. That's a mode where you can attach a converter to the 510 connector and use the IPV to charge another device (like your phone if you're low on power). To get it out of that mode, press the up and down buttons at the same time and it should go back to normal operations mode.

Yeah that sounds like "mobile on" mode to me. Try checking that out first, and if that doesn't work possibly try to post some of the details about your current setup (resistance, battery, etc.)!
