I've had my provari for about 6 months now and up to now it's been a flawless vaping machine. I went to screw in a new boge and could not screw it on! I looked closely and looks like the threads are gone on the provari connector. Im really ......, have had to resort to old Ego batts, has this happened to anyone else? Just sent an email to provape support, hopefully I'm still under warranty.

e-Mail Provape and see what they have to say.

Make sure whatever you had on the Provari before this, that the threads did not break off instead the connection on top of the Provari.

Ive been trying everything but cant get the piece off, it's like its fused in there tight! Tried needle nose tweezers and electrical tape but having no luck, bumming me out because Im scratching up the connector well. Any other suggestions?

Can you take a picture and post it so we can see what you are dealing with?

Can't say I've been impressed with their customer service so far, impossible to get a phone # and even after asking her to please call me no word

I dunno.

Everytime I have contacted Pro-Vape they have gotten back to me withing 12 Hours.

I don't know too many Vendors who will Call Me.
