Mine is also old style. Ordered 3/21, silver mini 2.5, non-blemish, blue LED. Dunno!

Both of mine look the same as your "good" ProVari. First one was from July 2012 & the 2nd from April 2013. Both full sized, 1st satin Silver, red LED (V 2.0), 2nd Blue (V2.5) with blue LED.
