I recently bought my first ProVari from the classies, best decision of my life! This thing has been a total game changer in my vaping adventure. But today I broke the plastic cover over the LED. It somehow got pressed in while I was at work and broke the top part where the screw holds it in place. So my question is, what do I do to get it fixed? Can I buy the screen and do it myself? Or do I send it in to get it replaced? If I have to send it in, what's the process? Thanks guys, and sorry for simple and stupid questions. I'm new to this device and am not used to having a company offer repair services.

You could email Provape it is the weekend now. I would give them time to respond.
I would think they could fix it for you for whatever the cost is.
I would also insure the package and maybe record the tracking number when you sent it in to them. Pack it well so it don't get more damaged. Oh and don't forget to clean it before you send it in.

To be a bit more specific, and I could easily be wrong here. Your first step is in fact contacting Provape. Like already stated, it's the weekend so you may not hear from them until Monday, but their response time is amazing!

I believe they'll ask you to sign up with ZenDesk (someone help me with that if I got it wrong) and from there, they'll issue you a repair number, etc.. and give you precise instructions on mailing it in, which I think just involves printing a sheet regarding your repair out and packaging it in with your Provari when you send it in.

This is at least what I was told I needed to do in order to send in mine for repair.

But Provape customer service is unrivaled. When I first ordered my original Provari, they accidentally sent me a pack of regular cartomizers instead of the hole punched ones for use in carto tanks. I got them on the phone in no time, they apologized for the mistake, and I had the right cartos in my hand two days after the phone call. I was very impressed..

I thought it was going to be a hassle, but when I did mine earlier this week, it turns out it's a breeze..

I like the system they have going on there.. Also got same-day response.. :thumb:

It's a very good quick response system. The only reason I chose not to take advantage and, rather, just purchase a new device is because of the price (listed above).

Mine is in need of a new circuit board AND upgrade, $85. I also live in the middle of nowhere. I'd have to drive to the nearest town to drop it off which is far from cheap for me to do with gas prices what they are.

Basically, by the time it would all be said and done, shipping mine off for repairs and upgrade wouldn't be much cheaper than simply buying a new one, so ... lol

I just went through the same thing.
They cover the entire mod for any problems!
The screen cover is one of the few and only parts susceptible to damage. Shoot them an email and they will follow up. It's an inexpensive quick fix!
Even though i was all kid of heated they still took awesome care of me; they're just that cool and awesome to deal with. So much so that after I got mind back I ordered another one.
Any other company and I would be SOL.
