It's a local joke for Londoners. A Subtank on an Evod looks like the old GPO Tower in London. (Yeah I'm that old.)

Just slightly impractical and weird looking. On the GPO Tower they had a restaurant in the circular section at the top that rotated. Maybe you can get the subtank to spin, and get a really authentic effect.

I guess this would be more use than Eiffel Tower souvenirs though.
