Bud Sapphire Cartos - I WANT MY JUICE BACK!!

I ordered a 2 pack of Bud Sapphire cartos because they were clear. At first they worked pretty good but not long after (I got hardly any life out of these suckers) they stopped working and leaking. I have both of these FILLED with Virgin Vapors Kona Coffee Milkshake juice and I want to get it OUT of these things. Anyone out there tell me how I can do this? And I would not recommend these cartos obviously.

You should be able to get most of the juice out with a syringe..I pull the juice out of CE2's once in awhile...
