Hi everybody,

Lot of great information on this site. I am trying to build the "safest" e-cigarette possible. I have two main concerns with e-cigarettes: heating elements releasing heavy metals, and formation of formaldehyde occurring at high temperatures. Is there a heating element I can install that uses an inert substance, such as glass? Would using a tank system with a lower battery voltage result in less formation of formaldehyde? I understand I will most likely have to build a mod to fit these requirements, any suggestions on where to start?

Thanks!
