So, I little while back, I built a version of Jasl90's Micro-Gen rba. And, well, it was ugly. Like a dog "making lipstick" when he's excited. I just finished version 1.2, and I'm much happier with the results aesthetically. (I'm just now self-teaching to solder, so, hey.) Anyway, lots of fun to build and excellent flavor and a surprisingly hard hitter with amazing low end (bass notes). The compact chamber and tight coils make a little nuclear reactor in there. I drilled a 1/16" air hole to go with my ACME airflow spigot. The coil on this one is WAY too high in resistance. Don't know what I was thinking. 30g K. w/ Nextel.

And you still put in your mouth and sucked... :0

Looks fantastic!... Especially for being a V1.2... Trust me I have more than a few early versions of my own that will never see the light of day, let alone sit for a photograph.

I was kinda wandering about that... A 6/6 wrap w 30 gauge... Guessing 2+ ohms?
I just did a 4/5 w 28 gauge for my mech... 0.95 ohms... It's nice but I'm thinking a 4/4 will bring it down to about 0.8(ish)... It'll have to wait till tomorrow.

Well done sir... Couldn't have done it better my own damned self!

OK, all better, 4/5 of 26g K. Now I'm vaping, good and proper.

Plumes, when you wrap a coil, one side looks like 4 wraps (say) and the other like 5. So It is 4 complete wraps of the circumference, + the two partials at the ends.

If you wrap so that the top and bottom leave the wick at the same point of the circumference, you can call it a straight 4, or a 4/4

If you are super_X_drifter, you can call it an 18/19
