I used 28 gauge kanthal 9 wraps was shooting for 1.2ohms but it came out to 1.0 flat on my MVP 20w. I used my new coil jig v2 with the 1/16th bit, and a cool little butane torch I picked up at Walmart tonight (tech torch auto start by Ronson?) Pinched the coil with tweezers and got her red hot. It held a really nice form. Stuffed it with cotton bacon, and it has lots of bubbles coming up after every hit. This little tank is sounding beastly now lol. Way better than the stock dual 2.1ohm coil. The jig is pretty tiny, but seems to work pretty decent. Just wanted to share my success. Definitely wouldn't havent been possible without all the information I've found here. Still lots to learn.
