I bought bulk from Flavor apprentice site. You have to have an account and then convert it to a commercial account I believe. They walk you thru it but cant see the bulk sizes or prices until you do.
If you want ready made flavorings I used to get them from Mt baker vapor wholesale site.

For bulk of capella I get mine from bull city. Cheaper then going directly threw capella. Just got 8oz of vc v1 for 30 bucks shipped.
For bulk of flavor apprentice go directly threw there site. Prices are awesome, I no longer buy small bottles, pointless.
For bulk flavor west go threw there site, just got 8oz of caramel candy for 20 bucks shipped.
Those are all I really use, if I'm doing a large order of multiple thing I got threw rts and need a flavor that's made by one of the above, shipping is pricey if it's just for a few flavors .

250ml is like 8oz, not too big. A 8oz bottle of tfa is like 26 bucks on rts and under 15 bucks on tfa website

Heartland Vapes is where I get my Capellas Vanilla Custard from(I buy 16 OZ for $46). Depending on the flavor you want Capellas runs around $12.00 per 4 OZ and most TFA flavors are $6 for the 4 OZ.
I love you, never heard of this place and this is exactly what ive been looking for. A place that carries them all at a decent price.

I have seen the V1 on there before. They must just be out right now. I prefer the V2 myself, it seems creamier to me. Glad I could help, now spread the word as that is how I found that place. Be aware that they package in bulk so you will not be receiving 4OZ bottles like from Capellas direct. If you order the 16OZ size it is in one large bottle.
