Natures Flavors -.-

So I contacted Natures Flavors with one very simple question and was STIFFED.

I got my NF from ecigexpress - Chai, Early Grey, Blueberry and Rum

I need these flavors in bulk - 32oz

I went to the source...obviously. and there is multiple listings. I'm trying to obtain the exact product I've been using as to not throw off my recipes. Natures Flavors customer service will not disclose which listing is the ecx product for WHATEVER reason. This has nothing to do with manufacturer/distributor/reatiler confidentiality....They are openly selling NF products, not re-branded products, which would certainly qualify for confidential information. There is no secret as to where ECX is obtaining their NF concentrates....

I ASSUME I'm going to be ordering the Diacetly Free concentrates....

So in short for people who read just the top and bottom of OP
I need 32oz Chai, Early Grey, Blueberry, and Rum flavorings that are the same as ECX concentrates
Anyone who has ordered direct from NF please help me out.

I contacted ECX the other day to find out if the flavors they sold were the dyaza-whatever free line and they told me no they are not. The girl on the phone was very helpful and even went so far as to contact the supply manager of their sight, so chances are they can help you out. I haven't had the best time with NF's customer service ether, they almost come off as anit-vape-ish lol....

indeed, I only use a handful of NF concentrates and am still smashing my brain on what to order direct from NF .... =/ sigh..

Have u tried contacting ecx and asking if they will give you a bulk rate price for the amounts you are looking for?

ECX was more than helpful and the wholesale rep will be getting back to me!

I've tried to figure out which Vanilla Cream extract that High Desert Vapes gets from NF also. There's only one Vanilla Cream on the NF website and it is definitely not the same as what I've received from High Desert Vapes on multiple occasions. I tried calling NF awhile ago and asked them why the Vanilla Cream I ordered from them is different from what High Desert Vapes sells and they just gave me this vague answer that High Desert Vapes buys all their flavor extracts from them. Uhm, okay. Well, they must be buying some other flavor extract than the Vanilla Cream and calling it Vanilla Cream then because the one I got from NF is horrible. So I also vote their customer service is not cool at all and I still would love to know where HDV gets their Vanilla Cream or if they combine a couple flavors together maybe to make it? It's had me stumped for more than a year now.

HDV sells the flavor extracts and not the coffee/tea flavorings. At HDV they list the ingredients. Check at Nature flavors for organic flavor extracts. The ingredients differ from the extracts/coffee/tea flavorings. Hope this helps.

HDV sells the flavor extracts and not the coffee/tea flavorings. At HDV they list the ingredients. Check at Nature flavors for organic flavor extracts. The ingredients differ from the extracts/coffee/tea flavorings. Hope this helps.

Very weird indeed. Maybe they use unicorn dust as a additive.

I called ECX today and they told me that their NF selections were indeed the Diacetyl free ones. I'm weird so I had my girlfriend call after I did, and they told here the same thing. Maybe they restocked their entire line?
