The seal on the bottle has been broken, did customs do that?

The seal had been broken? what do you mean...the glue had been'unglued'? I don't know how that could have happened...was any juice taken out? all my bottles had been filled to the VERY brim.

Sorry about that kate, i honestly don't know how it happened, and i hope it isn't too much of a problem. There was so many bottles i didn't have time to check each one individually, if i noticed it before shipping i would have let you know.

anyway, glad you got the juice, you seem to be the first.

The plastic lid seal is broken but has been resealed with glue. I think the bottle is probably full, I didn't open to check. I was just wondering who opened the original seal, it's not a problem.

Hi Kate, sorry for the delayed reply. Just to confirm, no it was not me who broke the seal, i have not touched/played with/tampered with ANY of the bottles. I understand your concern, but i want to reassure you i haven't played with any of the bottles but my own.

All bottles were sent out EXACTLY how i recieved them. I am an honest man, and hope you can trust me!!

Sorry Fred, I didn't mean to sound like I was making accusations. I was just wondering about whether customs would open the bottles. If that's the way Central Trade send them out then fair enough. It does make me wonder why they would open them though.

Hhhmm i have 4 bottles on the way from CT and am now wondering if i should have bothered as there could be anything in there.

Surely the seal is there to prove it hasn't been tampered with!

Strange behaviour from such a large company.

Mine also arrived safe and sound, some of the glue had fallen off in the packet, but the seal was still intact.
Talk about full to the brim!!
CaREFULL when you open them!!!
