Thanks, and lovely mods you have here. I've done a fair bit of woodwork myself and going that route instead of just slapping on a glue or varnish to cover up stuff is excellent. I've done a project with wetsanding from 80 Silica down to 600 Garnet in stages then hand-rubbed with oil until I could see myself in it. Good stuff, but hard work.
