The good thing is that you came here for help! I would have to agree with
@Mooch in recommending that you read ALL of
@Baditude blogs. They cover everything from beginner stuff to Battery Safety and Ohms Law.
Essentially, to find how many Ohms are on your current build, you need to buy an Ohm meter. Slap the build on the Ohm meter and turn it on, it will tell you what your resistance is. Then you will know how many Amps your system wants to draw from your batteries. Im not liking that they are 3.7 volt batteries, but I dont know your resistance so Im more concerned with that.
To be perfectly honest, I would recommend that you not use your mod, those batteries or that atomizer until you KNOW what you're running. (Actually I wouldnt use those batteries period!) Im hoping you have another setup that you can use for the time being. There is alot of studying that MUST be done before using anything rebuildable.
