It's windy, USA
My impression is what the istick thinks is 3v is rarely anything close to 3v. What the mate above me said, though if it's related to your liquid not wicking well search the forum for recents posts with "burnt" and you'll find discussions from last night and yesterday about diluting VG so it can wick well in a tank.

It's the lowest which is 3.0v

iStick's 3 volts is really 4.2 volts. Having said that, your tank is a dual coil device and should work fine at 4.2 volts... If you're getting dry hits, it's a sign that your coils are dry--make sure your tank is set up correctly. Are you by any chance using high VG ejuices? Kangers don't like very thick eliquids.

I think my device is dual coil 1.5ohm and I am using a 60 percent vg juice

It should work--in theory. I use dual coil Kanger tanks on my iStick (1.8Ω, though) with 70/30 PG/VG eliquids without any problems.

Your juice may be too thick--or your coil may just be a bit too low resistance--or a combination of the two. Try diluting your juice with a bit of distilled water--just a few drops per ml should do it. And tighten the airflow on your tank to force more juice into the atomizing chamber. If that doesn't help, switch to 1.8Ω or even 2Ω dual coils.

So just drip a drop or two of clean boiled water in the juice? I tried toking it without it on and I think it helped

It really should be distilled water--you can get a gallon of it for a buck in any grocery store. But if you don't have it, use the cleanest water you have around--spring water, filtered water, whatever. You can drip it directly into the tank, but make sure to mix it well, or it won't work--you want to change the viscosity of your eliquid.

As Katya said above many clearos dont like thick juices.

If this is your preference, Id recommend looking into carto tanks.

I run 10/90 pg/vg in mine with zero wicking issues. Steeper learning curve but they offer pretty MUCH all of the convenience of a clearo with better taste to boot IMO.
