The juice you're using may be carbonizing on the coil after some use. This does happen so don't think it's anything you've done.

Try rinsing the coil head thoroughly and then do a dry burn on the coil to eliminate any built-up gunk and carbon. This will probably get rid of the problem you're having.

Or you could be experiencing "dry hits" like I was with my bcc mega. Try drawing on it for a second or two without any power and if that makes a difference then it's most likely a dry hit. What I did was take some tweezers and carefully remove the very top tiny wick, one at a time until the dry hits are gone. I tried pulling the center post off to get to the wicks but I couldn't get it apart so someone on here recommended the tweezers.

how many little wick things did you end up pulling out in total? i tried the draw without power and that works for one or two vapes and then goes back to burning so im going to move forward with your suggestion and pull some of the top pieces out. I dont have a ton of ARO heads left so it'll suck if i ruin this one but I'd rather fix the problem than smoke something that tastes burnt! Thank you!

Unfortunately the BCC coil packs are a NIGHTMARE to get apart compared to a protank type coil...

All my BCC type tanks/coils are now in my emergency if I don't have anything else backup pile

With the head screwed back onto the base, just wiggle the air tube back and forth to remove it. The flavor wicks are under that.

The Aro uses 3 1mm flavor wicks. The all need to be removed to dry burn. It does sound like a gunked coil, which won't allow proper wicking. A good dry burn will likely take care of it.

I replace the flavor wicks with cotton. I use yarn, others tease out cotton balls.

And you can replace with T3S heads :)

You can use ts3 heads with the Aro??? Omg that would be awesome since I've never had issues with those but I love the Pyrex aro for my citrus and cinnamon flavors! This liquid isn't that heavy either so it doesn't make sense that it would be gunked because its only 3 days old....but if I can just stick an mt3s head in there id be a very happy vaper :)
