I am a couple weeks into vaping. I quit smoking cigs in 2006. Been hooked on nicorette, patches and Red Man chew on and off since. Ended up trying ecigs and fell in love with it. So I jump right in with a provari mini and a Z-Atty-Pro. Making my own juice. Still have not found my all day vape. Mix a new batch each night. So many flavors. Just watched the Vape team talk about the dangers of certain ingredients in oil base and flavors containing Diasateal. I am hoping that these ingredients will be on the label of my flavors so I can avoid them.
Anyway, in that episode of the vape team they talked about newbees. That would be me. I think I just had my voltage up too high on my provari and burnt my throat yesterday. How do I know what to set the voltage at? Is there a recommended setting for the resistance of the coil or what?
