Burnt tasting hit after taking several hits????

I have a ViVi Nova 3.5ml anomizer and 1100ma battery.

It seems like after hitting the cig a few times, the taste goes from juice flavor to a nasty, burnt, chemical taste.

Any advice on what I am doing wrong???

Think you're drawing too hard and not vaporizing the juice on the coil efficiently because of it. Then the gunk that didn't get burnt on the previous draw gets burnt off the coil on successive hit. Try long easy pulls and see if the issue continues. You may also consider cleaning your tank between fills. Search You Tube for clean and dry burn Vivi Nova.

I had this as well and found that I couldn't take in 3+ draws in a row or else I would get the burnt taste.
I also found that I could take a looooooong draw and there wouldn't be a burnt taste.

One other thing it could be is the juice. I notice since I got new juices from another supplier, I can take as many draws as I want and not get that taste.

Welcome to the ECF. You are drying out the wick with repeated hits. Try holding the Vivi upside down or at least tilted with the juice covering the wicks in between hits. Swirling the juice around will help, too.

It's because your using a vivi nova. I have 2 retired with a bunch of spare heads, dry hits suck. I went to carto tanks which are decent but the cartos tend to gunk up on me and you can't change flavors. Now I rock pretty much BCC's like EVOD, ProTank, T3S, and Raven tanks. So much better.

Oh and since it sounds like you may have a non variable voltage ego battery (could be wrong) the Kanger EVOD with 1.5 ohm heads should still hit pretty decent on that.

ya vivi nova has a tendency to do that. you need to tip the tank upside for a few seconds to get juice up into the coil. vivi's are top coil and to be honest the wicks dont suck up juice that great. tipping is required. i found that some heads no matter how much you tip it just doesn't preform well. also make sure the rubber washer up top is seated correctly and the metal washer inside is flat part down. when you screw the top cap on make sure the rubber washer seats straight underneath the top cap.
