Business license/permits?

Is there any place that might have information on what all is needed for starting an e-juice business? I know I will need a business license, but what about a tobacco license or permit? I have so far been unable to find much online and am working off what a couple B&M's have shared with me.

I'm hoping with the size and activity of this community someone might be willing and able to send me in the right direction.

Check with your state for the requirement's. Possibly a Merchant's cert and Sales tax if your state requires it for net purchases. Yes some do.
Also county and local.

It is regulated by your state, county, and city codes. No one here can advise
unless they live in your town.
