Legalities of selling e-juice in ND

Does anyone know if North Dakota requires a tobacco license to sell juice?

I'm madly in love with vaping and have begun converting all the smokers I know. The problem is where I live most people are living out of campers and cars due to lack of housing so I'm one of the few who actually has internet access. No one locally sells anything decent so I'm thinking of teaming up with my buddy that owns a tattoo shop and selling the stuff myself. It would be way easier for me and I think as word grows there will be a demand. He already has a business license, staff, and shelf space so right now its just a matter figuring out the legalities and deciding what to stock.

I'd call the state's tobacco licensing board and ask them, or try to look up the rules online. It would really stink to have your stuff confiscated if you got the wrong info on a forum.

I doubt you'll have a problem finding eliquid suppliers willing to sell you their wares!! The market is absolutely flooded right now...but demand is also kind of high. Interesting times in this nascent grey market...

It was fascinating to me to find this amazingly large submarket. I find it kind of odd that there are no "supervendors" of juice and hardware yet. I'm thinking I will just grab the best of what I and my compadres have tried as well as a few novelty flavors, such as beer, to get the ball rolling.

The devil is in the details and I don't want to get too deep into planning until I know all the legalities. I'll probably start small with a few grand in inventory and see how it goes from there.
