Butane for Torching

I apologize if this is the incorrect place to post this but I figured this would be the right place because it's related to coils/wick/mesh.

Where do you get your butane? I was thinking of ordering some from amazon, few dollars, free two day shipping and I'll have some and be able to torch my mesh. Is there a good ecig vendor to get butane from? Have you noticed differences in vape quality when you use different quality butane to torch your materials?

Same here. My mini torch came from Home Depot; and I get my butane there as well.

I use my mini torch a lot less than I did when I began building genesis RBAs. I no longer torch mesh at all. I pulse oxidize my wicks. The only thing I use my torch for is to quickly go over my wire, before wrapping coils.

Alright, thanks guys. I plan on picking some up before Saturday (when my first genesis style rba comes in). I've been happy with non-torched kanthal (although I guess I basically torch it when I pulse it before I wick it) and organic cotton balls so I haven't looked into a torch before. I wanted to get the torch so I could see which oxidation I preferred on the ss mesh torch or pulse.

I just use lighters from my old smoking days. You don't need to have to use a torch.
