I love Highbrow's buttered rum and-then-some, their creme brulee is yummy too. Most of the juices I tried from them have been excellent to be honest!
I get this for my bf's DIY liquid. It has a really good flavor. The only downside is that it gives off a rather strong scent of maple syrup (still haven't figured that out). I love the smell but it has bothered a few people that he's used it around.

eJuiceMonkeys has a pretty good butterscotch, they also have a butter rum that I like more (as a kid I liked the butter rum life savers).

For butterscotch, I ordered Butterscotch #1 and Butterscotch #2 as well as their Butterscotch Cookie. also ordered cake batter, sugar cookie, blueberry waffle, strawberry banana shake, Snickerdoodle and creamy caramel. I'm hoping they're as good as the reviews I've read
I'm only a moderate butterscotch fan, but my daughter, who's a fiend for the stuff, loves the several butterscotch variations at Kick Bass. Me, I love about 30 other flavors from them even better - they're wonderful mixers and great to deal with.
I've been wondering about Nature's Flavors. That's the flavor line in VG, right?

Butterscotch is my all day vape and I order it from Clouds of Vapor it's so good.
I tried the Butterscotch bon bon and didn't really like it. I thought I'd love it considering I like a majority of their juices but just like a lot of the other BS I tried it tastes kind of like butter rum to me istead of that buttery butterscotch that I'm looking for. Dekang had the closest to what I'm looking for but it wasn't great. It was the only one I tried that didn't have that rum taste though.
I absolutely adored Butterscotch from MVS-till about a year ago when they changed the recipe to something too sweet. Still looking for a replacement thats sortof nutty and not real sweet. : (
I am a fan and you know what,I came pretty close to a not too bad butterscotch mixing caramel with cream flavor.
