A question for the folks at provape,On my black mini with green led(first batch of black mini's),the button will flash, but no error codes come up and it seems to cut the power in half when I'm useing a rba on it.
The first puff or 2 are fine, then it starts flashing. If I let it set for a few minutes,I can get 1 pull before it flashes again.Any Ideas why it does this?My other pro's work with my rba's,i need my black mini to work with them too.

What sort of battery do you have in the mini, and how old is it?

AW IMR 18350,not sure about the age,I have 8,4 new,4 anywhere from 6 months to a little over a year.
Come to think of it,one or 2 of them only last about half as long as the rest, prolly time to retire them.
But it flashes with a fresh,4.2v charge or a nearly depleted 3.6v:?:

Have you cleaned the inner (positive) battery connection well? I understand they get oxidized due to arcing when new batteries are put in and need this maintenance. I would also make sure the 510 connection is clean and shiny and the spring is in good shape, etc. If there is even the remotest possibility stuff has spilled in there, then the iso bath treatment. Other than that I bow to ProVape's superior knowledge on this one.

Sometimes this can be a touchy subject as..
The low battery flashing ranges based on the condition of the battery normally its under load while you are using it that it will drop to 3.3 and flash, but remember this really depends on the age of the battery, the batteries internal resistance etc.
If your batteries are the cause of this you should replace them. In the meantime try cleaning the bottom cap threads, Atty connection and inner battery tube threads as dirt inside the threads can also cause a resistance conflict.
Hope this helps.
