Hi Provari Family -
I'm lost. My brand new Provari for no reason displayed an E2 error today, the fire button will not stop flashing, regardless if an atomizer is attached or not and it will not work
Heres the situation, Ive replaced the battery with 3 different 18650 and 3 different 18490 batteries and the result is the same. The batteries are all AW IMR fresh and fully charged. Ive tried attaching an atomizer before inserting the battery, and without attaching an atomizer before inserting the battery same result. Ive tried different atomizers using both methods as described above same result.
Basically, as soon as the battery goes-in and it makes the connection - the display shows E2 and the button wont stop flashing.
Ive read the owners manual, nothing. Ive cleaned the tip of the connection, which should not need to do that since its 2 days old. Ive cleaned the battery posts, again brand new batteries. Im totally freaking lost.
Ive contacted Provari to RMA this device back and get a replacement, but if there is something else that I can try please let me know.
Thanks for all your help, and reading this note.
