button stays on while charging

Purchased a Vision Spinner received it today. Tried to charge it. Plugged it to my charger(the same one I use for my Twist) The light blinks on the battery then goes out approx 5 seconds the light or button on the battery turns on and stays on. Is the battery charging? or is there something wrong with the Vision Spinner. I unplugged the battery shortly after because I did not want to damage the battery further or cause something else to happen

I have no idea what a Vision Spinner is....but is that the charger you're supposed to use with it? Ask the vendor.........

Always match charger to e-cig. That said...sometimes there are compatibilities. Only the vendor can tell you for sure though. Or trust 2nd hand information from someone that has asked them.

im not sure i understand the question but the light being on whilst charging is normally what they do, then they shut off when its done.
