I still smoke. Ego vape is just too cool and not hard hitting enough for me tbh. It's got me on a lower ammount of cigs, but is no alternative, no way.

I drip in the evenings on a regualr janty 510 atty and it is AWESOME.

That th and full flavor I get from dripping a reg 510 is what I want ALL THE TIME when out and about WITHOUT the hasle of dripping. That would get me off the smokes - NO PROBLEMO!

Should I buy a true 3.7v pv - I have been told they provde better th and warmer, more analogue like vapor - or just get LR XL cartomizers and then the LR tank attys when they come out?

Currently using regular ohm Janty XL cartos (love em, but want more kick still) and ego-t set up (again, like it but want more hit and kick without upping the nicotine.)

I want to keep the price under 50usd if possible, so am thinking just order some LR cartos for now and then get the lr tank atty when it makes it's debut.... rather than ordering new 3.7v pv, battys and batty charger etc... (already spent 159usd on full ego-t kit, so not willing tospend more than 50usd on new eqpt...)

Any good true 3.7v unit's out that will fit my tank attys and 510 xl cartos for less than 50usd??

So yeah, I want the effect of dripping on just a reg 510 atty - but when mobile, using cartos or tanks.

Tank users claiming it's the same - sorry; it is not even remotely cose!

Have you tried the LR 306 atty's on your eGo? They'll give you a much warmer vape and more vapor too. I've seen LR 306 carto's too, but can't remember where anymore. I think that would be the most inexpensive option that might work for you.

Well wouldn't want the 1st option as don't want to go cart + atty route, I'd prefer tanks or XL cartos.

Yeah, I'm thinking I'll try lr cartos first as it's a lot less to shell out. And then if and when the lr tanks come out, I'll get those too as I alternate between xl carto for when I just want one flavor all day or tanks if I want to mix up the flavors...

As long as they give an equivalent vape to dripping on a regular ohm 510 atty - I'd literally be happy as a porcine wallowing in faeces with that!

Hi hotwire. I would go for the LR right now. Later on you could always go up to a 3.7 mod. I like the LR on the ego as well. I never tried the 306. I have tried the LR mega atties and they were great. I did have one little problem with a ego passthrough and using a lr attie. (It starting blinking after an hour vaping use). I really think you would be impressed with LR.

Hi hotwire.
Maybe a "ScrewDriver" may be for you. It can be within the $50 limit...
See this thread, where some links are present (TW is also in US) and a link to a Chinese site... You'll need a 510->510 converter. If you have an outlet charger for the Janty, it's probably in that (removeable). But see link -also in above thread- to another thread where tank is attached to a mod (the same applies for the XL atty as for the Tank atty).

You can also look here for some adapters. Or here. Or... :2cool:

How about a 5v mod or a 5v PT?

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/161856-5v-vaping-question.html

Also 5v box mods are reasonably priced. Much more like a cig hit, IMHO.

If you insist on 3.7 volts, you can get a 3.7 box mod kit for < $10.00 if you assemble it, or about $25.00 pre-assembled.

By the way, the wattage calculation is V * V / R
where V is the voltage, and R is the atty ohms. The number/result tells you how "hot" it is. It will give you a value to compare options (different ohm atties and voltage combos).

An LR carto on an ego is the same power as a standard 3 ohm carto on a 3.7V KR808D-1. By LR I mean 2 ohms.

I disliked the standard atty on a Riva 510, immediately switched to 2 ohm boge cartos to get the warmth and vapor I'm used to (I used 808s for months, tried the Riva due to the really good price point.)

I haven't tried LR 510 mega cartos, just the standard boge 2 ohm and some 808 LR via adapters.
