I've been a Silver Bullet/Provari user pretty much from the beginning and have strictly used Boge cartos and random tanks for vaping, so I know NOTHING about clearomizers, stardust, etc. I'm getting my future brother-in-law into vaping and wanted to buy him a good setup. He likes my Provari but I know its to much/too big for his tastes so I was thinking the Ego Twist would be perfect. I've used an Ego T before and know how the ego batteries work, but thats about it.

I'm looking for something that is very easy and reliable to use. The less amount of fuss the better. Am I correct in thinking that clearomizers/startdust tanks need to be completely replaced frequently? Are there slim single-coil 510 tanks that fit well on the ego twist without looking ridiculous?

What would you guys recommend for a newbie who really has no idea what he's doing? Initial setup cost really isn't an issue.

Thanks!

Definitely a twist for the batt.

Small slim clearos.....hmm...
The Kanger M3's are 1ml and get good reviews.
I'm currently using the Kanger T3 with changeable coils, they are the same size as the batt holding 2.4ml
One of my favorites are the BetterLifeTech CE3's, holds about 1.3ml, but need to fill upside down w/ a syringe.
With the M3 & CE3, you may want to pick up a shorty cone to clean the look up.

You may want to look at slim tanks also. They use cartos, but for a beginner, they are constant and you can see the juice level with the tank.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help! I will check out the Kanger T3's and the CE3s.

Basically I'm just trying to decide whether or not to go the carto/tank route or the clearomizer route. I know for experience that cartos can be a little finnicky and need a little know how (how to fill, let sit before using, etc.) and I know nothing about clearomizers. I'll just have to watch some youtube videos.

Thanks again!

Definitely the twist battery and I would top it off with a Stardust for the no muss no fuss. It is sleek looking and more importantly it delivers. Folks that begin vaping are a little aprehensive going out and looking like a freak while vaping.

Agreed. Easy, works well and reliable. The rebuildable Stardusts are pretty low maintenance and cheap.

A Mophead clearomizer from Heathers Heavenly Vape on an Ego Twist would be an awesome setup for him. Check them out.
