So after breaking my battery box that I received from madvapes ( it was my fault ) I needed a replacement to finish my mod. I thought to myself, I remember being a child and going to radio shack to get any electrical components that I couldn't salvage from a broken (and sometimes not broken) appliance or toy. Now radio shack is long gone and replaced by the source.
After scanning through their website I was delighted to see that they do indeed carry electrical components. There they all were, diodes, switches, resistors, but the prices weren't what I remembered. Well, at this point I'm a little upset, so out comes google and I begin to search. I came across Welcome to A1PARTS in Mississauga. They actually sell some good stuff at a good price. Some items were lacking but others came in many varieties. I'm not that close to Mississauga but I do pass through that area often enough. That and I'm going to contact them regarding shipping.
This was to let people know that this place was out there and near Toronto. If you have any other sources for parts you would like to share please do so, I love options.

Ahaaha encee soo made me laugh! Yeah I think I have been to BBS's with an overclocked 300 baud modem that were prettier than that :D

Here is hoping that just means more time is put into customer service and savings?

Here is a couple more for you Knotar

Electronic Components Distributor | DigiKey Corp. | CA Home Page
Electro Sonic - Distributor of Electrical and Electronic Components
http://www.active123.com/ ( has some MoQ's but usually 10 )

ca.mouser.com (not in Canada as far as I know but quick and reasonable shipping )

These are the first ones that popped into my head with only a 1/2 a cup of coffee in me

I've been there and can can confirm that they have some awsome stuff there. If you visit, plan on spending a lot of time.
Endless piles of stuff that a tinkerer needs.
