i bought 2 starter kit from SGjuice recently then it came in today. I open up first thing wanna charge battery but 1 of the battery cannot be charge!!! it goes blink blink blink then stop... but the second one the light stay and it is charging!!! so is it the 1st battery died?

Another one i bought some juice from seavape i buy a total of 8 bottles of 5 ml and only 5 come in...
This one probably the admin overlook the invoice quantity because the missing 3 bottle is X2 for that flavour...

Purpose of posting here is to let the respective admin acknowledge the problem and rectify it. I mean no harm.

Yeah. Won't that solve the problem without having to tarnish their name and yours (for being a whiny brat). Airing dirty laundry is low, Zexsill. Very low.

no offense.. but i think dat's abit harsh.. he already emailed them without getting a reply.. even a quick reply like what galaxy3 posted would be helpful instead of staying silent after selling off a product.

n they're a proper shop conducting a business.

definitely not e way.

imagine if u were e one who bot e defective product and dunno where else to go.. this is a community n we're suppose to help one another.

outside of this thread, where there're reviews n feedback for all individual vendors in the states, his would be a perfectly legitimate comment after contacting the shop n getting no help.

just my two cents.. ;)

Many local dealers are working full time as well and are usually one man shows. They are not running a full time business.
They are just providing an alternative source for what we need, and yes they will be making money out of it. However, that does not automatically mean immediate replies to your queries.

If one need immediate responses and immediate processing of orders, look for full time vaping business owners. Dozens of them overseas and from experience, they never fail to reply to queries within 24 hours, due to timezone differences.
But is one willing to go through the hassle of bringing in supplies?

There's always a price to pay for convenience.

And I do agree, this is a community. Which makes it all the more sensible not to point out things like that. Have a little patience, wait a while, send a couple of emails, if there's still no resolution, then yes, post it here, as fair warning to others.

My 2 cents.

agreed! have had some issues here and there. emails sent to suppliers. most do reply by the end of the day. or at least within 24hrs. like i mentioned earlier that they do have full-time jobs, give them some slack.

so for TS, unless youre talking about days on end that you email and get no reply. then again you have to check their websites cause sometimes the supplier goes on a holiday and the "lau" period where they aren't here to send out orders or reply emails.

hope you got the answers you needed alr zexsill. :)

Because I really feel for local suppliers. They get so much $%& from people as it is and just because they don't reply fast enough you come online and start a thread? If you're talking about 1-2 weeks worth of contacting and still no go, that's understandable. More power to you. I'll even get angry on your behalf. But we're talking about people who have mostly full time jobs. I don't want these stores disappearing because of us being lil %*#&@$.
