Buying my first RDA, Either Magma or IGO-L and a Kayfun. Where to buy which models or clones to buy?

I want to get into RDA's so I asked around and I think I'm going to go with either a IGO-L and a kayfun or Magma and Kayfun. The thing is I'm not sure where to order them from or which ones to get. I checked fasttech and there are a BUNCH of different Kayfun's.

There are a bunch of clones and then there are v2, Lites, large, Plus, etc. I don't know which Kayfun to get...

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get these products for a good price with reasonable shipping times to the east coast US?

I heard fasttech takes about 10 days to get to east coast which isn't to bad so I'm willing to order from them because honestly they have the best prices I've seen so far. But if someone knows somewhere better please let me know.

Also should I order my cotton and Kanthal from just somewhere like amazon? or actually go through a e-cig store?

Edit: I did just see the thread about the Magma so I have an idea to get the infinite clone of that ( don't know where i should buy tho) If I decide to get that instead of the IGO-L but as far as the Kayfun goes I still have no idea.

He fasttech 1:1 clone is as good as the infinite clone. https://www.fasttech.com/p/1718100 honk Kong post will have your order US customs in two days from them receiving it. After that how long depends on USPS. As far as the other stuff u asked about. I have never used one. Check the discussions on fasttech and the reviews. They are a lot of help. Good luck with your choice. I say get the magma personally. U won't regret it once its built correctly.

Generally from what I've seen, e-cig stores are a rip off when it comes to buying Kanthal and cotton. I get my Kanthal through Lightning Vapes on either ebay or amazon, you can get a 100 foot spool for between $5 and $10 depending on gauge from them. I also hear Temco is good for buying Kanthal though I have no experience with them. You can get a life time supply of cotton for like $4 at Walmart or most drug stores, just try to look for the organic non bleached variety.

Jeff the FT kayfun clones can be hit or miss , they're fine if you're prepared to do a little work to set them right but I have a hard time recommending them for a first RBA . I'm going to be in the minority here because I prefer a 3.1 kayfun over a kayfun lite plus , the 3.1 has an adjustable 510 contact a big advantage if it's used on multiple devices and the lite plus doesn't , the AFC control is on the side so it can be adjusted without removing it from the mod while the lite has the AFC on the bottom and has to be removed to adjust it , I topfill my kayfun's so the issue of using a fill valve or port doesn't come into play but if you don't topfill you have to remove the lite from the mod and use a screwdriver to undo the fill port screw , a PITA IMO . I have an IGO and the Infinite Magma clone , it's no contest , the Magma blows the IGO out of the water . For kayfun clones I prefer the Hcigar versions , I have the Hcigar kayfun 3.1 clone and fit , finish and function is perfect . I ended up ordering the Kayfun Lite Plus v2 by EHPRO and Magma RDA Clone by Tobeco ( Wanted the infinite version but it was out of stock so hopefully this version is alright ) I also ordered some cotton and kanthal and 2 new batteries from the same place. I got everything from eciggity i got the kanthal and cotton from there as something to start with because shipping was free and it was convenient buying everything from the same place to start with but after its gone I will be ordering off amazon. They were also out of the 18650 battieries I wanted so I had to get the Purple efest 18650 35a 2500mAh ones. I ALMOST gave in and bought the iPV2 50w box mod but I just cant justify spending that much atm ( would have left me with $40 to my name lol) with a working Vamo-v2 and an older back up original Buzz. But anyways they will work good enough for now until I can save up some money to justify the costs of a new mod. I just bought a bunch of hardware to upgrade my computer so money is very tight atm. if anyone is into pc's i am upgrading my i7-950 to a i-7 4790k with a asus z97-a motherboard with 16gb 1600 ram. My old first gen i-7 is starting to show its age performance wise.
